Ballers Elite is a premier soccer development academy founded in the UK and now expanding into the United States, with a mission to develop technically outstanding players in a professional, high-performance environment.
Designed for ambitious young players who want more than standard team training, Ballers Elite focuses on elite technical development, unique ball mastery routines, creativity, and soccer intelligence through a proven European training methodology.
Founded by twin brothers Frankie and Tommie Hession-Harris, Ballers Elite has built a reputation for delivering high-level training inspired by professional academy environments, developing complete players capable of competing at the highest levels of the game.

THE COACHING SQUAD
MEET THE TEAM
At the heart of our programme is an exceptional staff team made up of Frankie Hession-Harris, Tommie Hession-Harris, and Josh Jirbandey. Between them, they bring a remarkable wealth of playing and coaching experience from both the UK and the United States.
Originally from the UK, all three coaches pursued their soccer careers in California at their respective schools, where they earned numerous honours including All-Conference, All-Regional, All-State, All-American, and League MVP awards.
Their experience extends beyond collegiate success, with professional playing careers spanning across Europe. Having unique coaching and scouting roles within elite professional environments including Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, and LA Galaxy respectively, they understand what it takes to perform at the highest level of the game.
